Payment Assistant/REPAY

WNC Bridge Foundation is committed to making the grant payment process easy, fast, and secure. We partner with Payment Assistant™, powered by REPAY, to ensure smooth disbursement of funds to our grantees.

First-Time Grantees
Your organization is receiving a WNC Bridge Foundation grant for the first time.

What to Expect
REPAY will contact your organization to set up your preferred payment method. They may reach out via:

  • Email: payableshelp@repay.com
    (All communication will be on behalf of WNC Bridge Foundation.)

Choose Your Preferred Payment Method
You will be able to select one of the following options:

  • Virtual Card
    Fastest and most secure option. Funds are processed immediately upon email receipt.
  • ACH (Direct Deposit)
    Funds typically arrive within a few business days.
  • Paper Check
    Delivery takes 10–14 business days.

Important Notes

  • No Response? If REPAY cannot reach you within 1 business day, a paper check will be mailed automatically.
  • Setting Up ACH? REPAY will send a secure DocuSign form to collect your banking info. You’ll need to upload a:
    • Voided check, OR
    • Bank letterhead, OR
    • Bank statement snippet.
  • Confirmation: Once your payment method is selected, you’ll receive an email with payment and invoice details.

Returning Grantees
Your organization has received payment from WNC Bridge Foundation via REPAY since February 2025.

How It Works
Your previously selected payment method remains on file. You will not receive another call or email from REPAY when a new grant from WNC Bridge is awarded to your organization.
