Seasonal Reservation Closure
Please note that conference space reservations are unavailable from November 1 through January 10. Reservations will resume beginning January 11.
WNC Bridge Foundation’s Conference Space is available by reservation for local non-profits and other organizations. All meeting spaces include large wall-mounted screens with virtual meeting capabilities. In addition, the conference space includes an outdoor area featuring a stone fireplace, perfect for conversations and refreshments.
Availability
- Our Conference Space (Room 120, Room 124 and Room 212) is available Tuesday through Thursday, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm.
- Our Conference Space is not available for use on Saturdays, Sundays, and designated holidays that may fall on regular business days.
- Recurring meetings will not be permitted. Our complete set of guidelines can be found on the application form.

CONFERENCE ROOM 120
Conference Room 120 is a 1,947-square-foot space offering flexible seating arrangements to accommodate a variety of meetings and events.
- Seated with tables: Up to 65 chairs with (13) 5-foot round tables
- Classroom-style seating without tables: Flexible chair-only seating arrangements are available based on event needs and room setup.
Complimentary Amenities
- Wi-Fi, podium, wireless hand-held microphone, wireless lapel mic, and screen sharing with display monitors.
- Zoom room services include screen sharing and recording if requested.
- Access to kitchen area equipped with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave.

CONFERENCE ROOM 124
CAPACITY 14 PERSONS
Conference Room 124 is a 312 square foot space and is available with (1) 8’ Rectangle high-top table and (6) high-top chairs, (2) 31/2’ square tables with (4) chairs each. This room has limited flexibility for set up. The space is ideal for small groups.

- Zoom room services include screen sharing and recording if requested.
- Access to kitchen area equipped with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave.
