From Pantry to Home: Reaching More Neighbors in Graham County
Five Point Center exists to restore hope and build resilience throughout Graham County. Through programs that address urgent and ongoing physical, educational, economic, and social needs, they empower individuals and families while serving as a catalyst for positive, lasting change in the community.
A NOW Grant from WNC Bridge helped expand a client-choice food pantry model to better serve homebound community members through a new order-ahead system, increasing access to nutritious food while providing dignity, flexibility, and choice for those facing barriers to participation.
“We would like to express that we are deeply thankful for the continued support that WNC Bridge Foundation provides to our organization. This partnership has been vital in allowing us to build capacity and address the urgent physical and social gaps in Graham County. The support from WNC Bridge has consistently empowered us to serve our community with dignity and autonomy.”
