Ensuring Food Reaches Families Who Need It Most

Cry of a Child Missions located in Bakersville, NC is dedicated to addressing food insecurity by providing nutritious food to individuals and families across WNC. Through its partnership with MANNA FoodBank, the organization distributes thousands of pounds of food to communities experiencing hunger.

A NOW Grant from WNC Bridge Foundation is supporting the purchase of a replacement used box truck after the organization’s current vehicle sustained significant structural damage, making it unsafe for continued use. By replacing this critical vehicle, Cry of a Child Missions International will be able to safely continue delivering food to communities across the region, helping ensure families have reliable access to nutritious meals and strengthening food security throughout WNC.
