Strengthening Nonprofit Safety Through ALICE Training

WNC Bridge Foundation is proud to partner with WNC Nonprofit Pathways to sponsor a free virtual ALICE safety training for nonprofit professionals throughout Western North Carolina.

Led by an ALICE National Trainer, this interactive training focuses on practical strategies for situational awareness, emergency preparedness, effective communication, and responding to potentially violent situations. ALICE stands for Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, and Evacuate.

Through this training, nonprofit professionals will gain valuable knowledge and practical tools to help them feel more confident, prepared, and empowered to respond in emergency situations. Creating a safe and prepared workplace is essential for nonprofit organizations serving our communities. Having the knowledge and tools to respond effectively in an emergency can make a meaningful difference in protecting staff, volunteers, and those they serve.
